Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dbx77 with respect to your use of and access to the dbx77.vip website and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, "the Services").
By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
- All information you provide to dbx77 is accurate, current, and complete;
- Your use of the Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
These Terms are to be read alongside the dbx77 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and dbx77.
Eligibility
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use dbx77:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Services for personal entertainment;
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;

Account Registration & KYC Verification
To access real-money Services on dbx77, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of intent — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
dbx77 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC procedures may also be triggered at other times, including upon large deposits, unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance review. KYC verification requires submission of the following:

Any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details must be reported to dbx77 support and verified before the change takes effect. dbx77 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbx77 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Not disclose your password or OTP codes to any third party under any circumstances;
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
- Notify dbx77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected compromise of your credentials;
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
dbx77 will never contact you via any channel and request your password, full OTP, or account PIN. Any such request is fraudulent. dbx77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from credential sharing or phishing attacks attributable to your own conduct.
Deposits & Payments
dbx77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players:
- E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya);
- Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks;
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH (converted to PHP at prevailing market rates at time of receipt).
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your dbx77 account details. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. dbx77 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
Deposits are credited to your dbx77 PHP wallet upon confirmation from the payment gateway. In cases of technical delay, standard resolution time is 30 minutes. For unresolved deposit discrepancies beyond 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your payment reference number.
All account balances on dbx77 are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction processing. Exchange rate fluctuations are the player's responsibility.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification in full. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are restricted from initiating withdrawals until verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
dbx77 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes:
- GCash / PayMaya: 5–30 minutes (standard); up to 2 hours during peak periods;

VIP Gold and Platinum tier members receive priority withdrawal processing. Black Diamond tier members receive dedicated express processing with a stated 5-minute target during standard operating hours.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name. dbx77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving withdrawal requests that are unusually large, made from a new payment account, or flagged by our compliance systems. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dbx77 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. dbx77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
- Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers and eligible game contributions are specified in individual promotion terms;
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to wagering completion, or assigned to another account;
- One bonus may be claimed per promotion per player (or household or device, as specified);
- Bonus funds are used before real-money funds by default. Wagering with bonus funds may be subject to game-specific restrictions or maximum stake limits;
- dbx77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel outstanding bonus balances in the event of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or material breach of these Terms;

Gaming Rules
By accessing any game on dbx77, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published on the Platform and as provided by the relevant game provider. The following general gaming rules apply across all game categories:
- All bets placed are final once confirmed. dbx77 and its game providers are not responsible for errors resulting from player misclicks, connectivity issues, or incomplete wager submissions caused by your device or network;
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. dbx77's technical team decision on void outcomes is final;
- Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbx77 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

- Circumventing self-exclusion or account restrictions by registering under a different identity;

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
- Use dbx77 branding, logos, or imagery in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorization;
- Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
Any unauthorized use of dbx77 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dbx77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your dbx77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall dbx77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or connectivity failures beyond dbx77's reasonable control;
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers;
- Your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." dbx77 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services, nor as to the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.
Suspension & Termination
dbx77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
- Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
- Regulatory requirement or government directive;
- Player request for self-exclusion or responsible gaming suspension.
In cases of termination for breach, dbx77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Balances in legitimately terminated accounts (e.g., player-requested closure) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagers are settled and any applicable bonus wagering requirements are assessed.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all matters arising from your use of dbx77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and dbx77 relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes, game provider decisions shall be treated as final where the dispute relates to technical or RNG matters within the provider's jurisdiction. dbx77's compliance team decisions on account and bonus disputes shall be final subject to the dispute resolution process above.
Amendments to These Terms
dbx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through one or more of the following methods:
- Publication of the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date;
- In-platform notification banner visible upon next login;
- SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number for material changes.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
